Davido Sets Social Media On Fire As He Refers To Burna Boy As “New Cat”
Nigerian superstar, Davido has stirred controversy on social media as he referred to Burna Boy as a “new cat.”
In a recent interview with famous media outfit Brut Afrique, the Nigerian music star claimed he and Wizkid took the Afrobeat sound globally. He also revealed that his other music counterparts, Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy, and Asake, are “new cats” who recently promoted the Afrobeat genre internationally.
Davido said:

“Wizkid and I were the first young artistes to blow up and it feels good seeing new cats like Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy, Mayorkun and Asake kllling it now”
